Ukrainian Foreign Ministry sends note of protest to Russia over ‘humanitarian convoy’

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has condemned Russia’s decision to send another illegal “humanitarian convoy” to the occupied Donbas.

Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Kateryna Zelenko wrote about this on her Twitter account.

“We have strongly protested Russia’s latest ‘humanitarian aid convoy’ that illegally entered Ukrainian Donbas yesterday. Russia must be held to account for these continuing violations of international law, Ukrainian legislation and international obligations it has signed up to,” she wrote on November 15.

As Ukrinform reported, the OSCE Observer Mission recorded that another illegal Russian convoy had arrived at the non-government-controlled territory of Donbas. The convoy consisted of 14 vehicles: one escort car and 13 civilian cargo trucks.

Out of the 13 cargo trucks, only two bore the inscription “Humanitarian aid from the Russian Federation” (in Russian).

  1. “Out of the 13 cargo trucks, only two bore the inscription “Humanitarian aid…”
The fascist Moskali don’t even bother with the charade of humanitarian aid anymore. More proof the Ukrainians were right all along. More fodder for the European court decisions in about 30 years.
