Port infrastructure and an oil refinery in the city of Tuapse, Russia’s Krasnodar region, have sustained more than $300 million in damage as a result of recent strikes by Ukraine’s Defense Forces.

According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported this on Facebook.

“It has been calculated that the combined strikes carried out by units of Ukraine’s Defense Forces in April and on May 1 resulted in damage exceeding $300 million to the port infrastructure of Tuapse and the Tuapse oil refinery,” the statement said.

A fourth strike on the oil refinery in Tuapse, Krasnodar region, was recorded on May 1.

Satellite images have shown that an oil slick in the Black Sea, formed after the strikes on the Tuapse refinery, is drifting toward Vladimir Putin’s luxury palace in Gelendzhik.
