Quote: “The Armed Forces of Ukraine are currently in control of most of the town. We can now talk about 70% control over the city. Street battles continue”.

Background: Police officers involved in defending the town shared a video of their clashes with the Russians.

The soldiers stress that the fighting for the town on the Kharkiv front does not stop for a moment.

On 30 May, Colonel General Oleksandr Syrskyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, noted that the Russians continue to build up their forces in the main strike areas of Strilecha-Lyptsi and Vovchansk by deploying additional regiments and brigades from other regions and training grounds.

However, Syrskyi noted that these forces are currently insufficient for a full-scale offensive or a breakthrough of Ukrainian defences on the Kharkiv front.

  1. And Zelensky truly believes Ukraine will defeat ruSSia, no negotiations needed for a lasting peace. I’m very unpatriotic and politically incorrect now, but i have eyes.

      • Yes, but a hardcore offensive to retake all occupied territories remains fiction. I’m not saying this to demotivate anybody, but to illustrate the dire realities.

    • I agree with Zelensky and I have eyes too. 🙂 Meanwhile the orcs use bathtubs to deliver rations to the front line. I think things will improve this fall when we have a couple dozen F16s in the air, take out the bridge and knock out a few more early warning systems. I wish we could get those A10s sitting in Estonia though. Wouldn’t they do a number on the orc bases or what?!
