The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has refuted another fabrication by the Russian military regarding the allegedly “occupied” territories in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Dachne remains under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and another “victory” of Russian propaganda exists only on paper in the reports of Kremlin generals.
A blue-and-yellow flag is flying over the village, the press service of the General Staff reported.
What is known
In his summary, the Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Federation, Valery Gerasimov, stated that the village of Dachne had allegedly come under the control of Russian troops. However, Ukrainian defenders quickly revealed the reality: a video published by the General Staff shows a Ukrainian flag flying over the settlement.
The footage was shot by soldiers of the 46th separate airmobile Podil Brigade of the Airborne Assault Forces. They emphasized: Dachne was and remains under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and Russian propaganda’s attempts to pass off wishful thinking as reality have once again failed.
It is worth noting that the fake information from Russian reports has nothing to do with real events on the front.
What preceded
Back in early July, Russian propagandists and so-called warlords spread information that the troops of the aggressor state had allegedly captured the first settlement in the Dnipropetrovsk region. This is the village of Dachne, Novopavlivska community, Sinelnyky district. The DeepState project then designated this territory as a gray zone.
As OBOZ.UA reported, the Armed Forces of Ukraine responded to information about the alleged capture of two villages by the occupiers on the border of Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions. The military denied such reports and stated that they control Zaporizhia, and in the Novogeorgiyevka area they are massively destroying Russian invaders.
Another roach lie debunked.
