Russian reconnaissance drones are reportedly adjusting enemy strikes on Ukrainian cities and the front line.

On the night of January 10, drones of the Security Service of Ukraine and a Neptune missile attacked a warehouse for storing ammunition and reconnaissance drones near the village of Chaltyr in the Rostov region.
According to UNIAN sources in the special service, first the SBU drones “overloaded” the Russian air defense, and then “Neptune” “arrived” at the facility.
According to the source, all night long Russians complained on social networks about the sounds of drones flying overhead, the work of Russian air defense, and wrote about a strong explosion – the arrival of “Neptune”. Subsequently, they discussed multiple explosions near the village of Chaltyr, which indicate a secondary detonation of ammunition.
“The SBU together with the Ukrainian Navy have hit a very important target – a warehouse with reconnaissance drones that adjust enemy strikes on Ukrainian cities and the front line. Now there will be fewer of these Russian “birds” in the sky. Work on military facilities in the enemy rear will continue,” said an informed source in the SBU.
Attack on a surveillance drone warehouse in Russia
As UNIAN reported, on January 4, long-range SBU drones struck Russia’s largest commercial port, Ust-Luga, in the Leningrad Region. One of the drones hit gas condensate tanks. As a result of the strike, one tank was severely damaged, and three neighboring tanks were cut by shrapnel from the explosion.
On January 8, the Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out a high-precision strike on the command post of the 8th Guards Combined Arms Army of the Russian Federation in the city of Khartsyzsk in the Donetsk region. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the Russian occupation forces used this building to coordinate attacks against the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the civilian population, in particular residents of Kurakhovo.
In addition, the masters of the special unit “Wings” of the active operations department of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense discovered and destroyed a Russian gun position in the Zaporizhia region . To eliminate the enemy target, the scouts used two kamikaze aircraft-type Darts with three-kilogram combined ammunition and three FPV Babay-Heavy with one-and-a-half-kilogram cumulative shots.
