Ukrainian intelligence operators struck russian logistics facility, with the first hit causing a fire and a subsequent strike triggering a major detonation

Operators from the Active Operations Department of Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence have struck russian storage facility holding fuel, lubricants and ammunition.

The department released footage of the operation on September 19, showing the strike against the facility and the subsequent destruction of the site.

The first hit triggered a fire at the storage facility, while russian personnel at the site were seen fleeing after the strike. The footage then shows a second strike against the facility.

The subsequent hit caused a major detonation of ammunition stored at the site. The explosion sent debris and smoke into the air as the fire spread across the facility.

The agency said the targeted site contained both fuel and lubricants as well as ammunition, making it a logistics asset supporting russian military operations.

The footage indicates that the initial strike caused a fire before the second strike triggered the larger explosion. However, the Defense Intelligence did not provide details on the exact location of the depot or the amount of fuel, lubricants or ammunition stored there.

According to the Active Operations Department, the building and its contents were completely destroyed in the attack.
