On the night of December 25, the city of Temryuk in the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation was attacked by drones. As a result, a large fire broke out in the port area.
The total area of the fire was about 2 thousand square meters. The attack on the port infrastructure was confirmed by local authorities.
Consequences of the attack
According to the operational headquarters of the Krasnodar Territory, two oil tanks in the port of Temryuk caught fire due to a UAV attack. 70 people and 18 pieces of equipment, including employees of the Main Directorate of the Emergencies Ministry of Russia in the Krasnodar Territory, are involved in extinguishing the fire.
Local officials say there were no casualties from the shelling. The operations headquarters also said that special and emergency services are working at the scene.
The occupiers claim that 7 aircraft-type drones were shot down over the territory of the Krasnodar Territory at night. In addition, the authorities of the Krasnodar Territory reported that the drone attack damaged buildings and equipment of an agricultural enterprise in the Shcherbinovsky district.
NASA satellites also recorded a large-scale fire in the port of Temryuk. According to preliminary data, the fire began in the port area at around 2 am.


As a reminder, the Ukrainian Defense Forces carried out another successful operation on the territory of the aggressor country, Russia. As a result, a series of successful strikes were carried out on the Efremov synthetic rubber plant in the Tula region.
As OBOZ.UA wrote, earlier the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed that the Slavyansky refinery in the city of Slavyansk-on-Kuban in the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation was hit.
