The Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Tamanneftegaz oil-loading terminal in the village of Volna, Krasnodar Krai, Russia.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the attack damaged an oil-loading facility at the terminal.
Tamanneftegaz is one of Russia’s key export terminals located near the port of Taman.

The facility specializes in handling crude oil, petroleum products, and liquefied hydrocarbon gases from storage tanks for further shipment by sea.

The terminal is a key part of Russia’s oil export network and also supports logistics for the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
Its location near the Crimean Bridge and occupied Crimea makes it strategically important for supplying Russian military forces operating in the Black Sea.

According to available data, the terminal’s designed throughput capacity is approximately 19.9 million tons of crude oil and petroleum products per year.

The facility’s tank farm, intended for storing petroleum products and liquefied gas, has a total capacity of more than 1 million cubic meters.

In addition, strikes at Tamanneftegaz took place in early May. On the night of May 13, Ukrainian FP-1/2 strike drones hit the infrastructure of the marine terminal.

At the time, it was reported that a tanker was alongside the berth during the strike and was in the process of loading products. The vessel may also have sustained damage, along with elements of the trestle, as a result of the UAV explosions.

Militarnyi previously reported that on February 15, 2026, the Unmanned Systems Forces, in coordination with the Special Operations Forces and the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, launched an attack on the Russian oil and petroleum products export terminal Tamanneftegaz in Krasnodar Krai.
