On November 3, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a military infrastructure facility near the former airfield in occupied Luhansk.

Exilenova+ published footage showing a fire at the military unit’s premises.

A fire broke out at the impact site, sending a thick column of black smoke into the sky.

Russian Ka-52, Mi-28, and Mi-8/Mi-17 combat helicopters had previously been spotted at Luhansk airfield.

In addition, Russian occupation forces used the area around the former Luhansk Higher Military Aviation School of Navigators to station personnel and military equipment.
