The Kremlin leader threatened Ukraine with retaliation after the attack on a college dormitory in Starobilsk.

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin heard reports from the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Emergencies, the FSB, and the leader of the self-proclaimed “LPR” regarding the strike on a college dormitory in the occupied city of Starobilsk, TASS reports .

Putin denied suggestions that the drones hit the building due to air defense or electronic warfare, saying there were no military facilities nearby.

Therefore, the Kremlin leader stated that this strike was not accidental and added that three waves of drones hit the same place.

Putin added that the strike on Starobilsk confirms the “terrorist nature of the Kyiv regime.”

He said that he had instructed the Russian Defense Ministry to prepare “proposals” regarding the response to the strike on Starobilsk, since “we cannot limit ourselves to statements alone.”

In addition, the Russian dictator appealed to the Ukrainian military “not to participate in the crimes of the Kyiv regime and not to follow orders.”

“The Ukrainian authorities are stealing everything, including equipment and protective equipment for those sent to the front,” Putin said.

According to him, Kyiv needs “crimes” to distract attention, provoke a reaction in Russia, and then “blame” everything on Moscow.

The Kremlin leader noted that “Russia has always overcome any difficult challenges with support from its people.”
