Ukrainian Armed Forces hit Russian ammunition depots in Kherson Oblast

In Kherson Oblast, the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck a concentration of Russian weapons and equipment, and an ammunition depot, in the area around Raiske. They also struck an ammunition depot in the vicinity of Beryslav, destroying both targets.

Details: The Pivden [South] Operational Command reported that two Ukrainian attack aircraft conducted an airstrike on a Russian ammunition depot and a concentration of Russian troops in the area near Snihurivka.

In total, the Armed Forces of Ukraine killed 65 Russian soldiers and destroyed a Redut-2US mobile communication system and 11 armoured and other vehicles.

A Russian Sukhoi Su-35 fighter jet tried to attack Ukrainian aircraft with an air-to-air missile from the direction of Nova Kakhovka, but was unsuccessful. The Ukrainian pilots did not sustain any losses.
