Destroyed systems are valued at over $250 million on the domestic russian market

In less than a week, Ukraine’s Security Service forces from the A Center for Special Operations dealt a devastating blow to russian air defense and electronic warfare capabilities. In just four days, they managed to disable 17 enemy systems.

According to the Security Service, the destroyed equipment is valued at over $250 million on russia’s domestic market. For export, the price would be 2.5 times higher, making these losses even more significant for the aggressor.

The list of destroyed systems includes four Tor-M2 SAM systems, three Pantsir systems, two S-300 launchers, and one Buk-M3 system. In addition, the operatives eliminated advanced radars and electronic warfare systems, including the Zhitel, Kasta-2E2, Podlet, Nebo-SVU, and Nebo-M.

These targeted strikes deprive the enemy of the ability to detect Ukrainian aerial assets in time and effectively counter long-range drones. This is especially critical as Ukrainian UAVs increasingly reach strategic targets deep inside russia’s territory.

The elimination of air defense and electronic warfare systems opens new opportunities for Ukrainian forces to conduct operations behind enemy lines. Without these protective assets, russian ammunition depots, bases, and transport hubs become far more vulnerable to precision strikes.

As Defense Express previously reported, on the morning of August 28, a powerful explosion rocked the Tver railway junction in russia, destroying key infrastructure at the station. The attack, attributed to Ukrainian intelligence efforts, marked another strike against russia’s military logistics network.
