On the night of Saturday, March 21, the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck the command post of a unit from the Rubicon center and the command and observation post of a unit of the russian army in the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk region and Zaporizhia region. At the same time, an oil refinery in Saratov was also struck.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As noted, in temporarily occupied Mariupol, the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck the command post of a unit from the russia’s Center for Advanced Unmanned Technologies “Rubicon” that is specialised in drone warfare.
In addition, in Khliborobne, in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhia region, a repair unit of the russian army was struck.
At the same time, in the occupied Paraskoviyivka of the Donetsk region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck a command and observation post of a unit of russian occupation forces.
At the same time, according to the General Staff, on the night of March 21, the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck at the facilities of the Saratov Oil Refinery on the territory of the russian federation.
“The specified enterprise provides oil refining and production of fuels and lubricants used for the needs of the occupation army. According to preliminary information, the secondary oil processing unit and the RVS-10000 vertical tank were damaged,” the report says.
The General Staff clarified that the Saratov Oil Refinery is one of the oldest oil refining enterprises in russia, where as of 2023 the processing volume was 4.8 million tons.
As is known, on the night of March 14, one of the largest russian refineries was on fire in the Krasnodar Territory after the attack.
Recall that recently, the Ukrainian SOF struck russian S-400 system, missile command post, and ammo depot in night raids across Crimea and Zaporizhzhia. Defense Express also reported that Ukrainian Forces had struck russian Protivnik, Parol Radars and S-400 Launcher in Crimea before.
