The Ukraine Recovery Conference in Berlin has launched projects totaling 16 billion euros.

Thomas Bagger, State Secretary of Germany’s Federal Foreign Office, announced this at the final plenary session of the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Berlin on Wednesday, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.

In particular, 16 billion euros is the estimated value of the projects that have been launched or will be supervised by this conference, he said.

Bagger noted that the Ukraine Recovery Conference showed what is worth working for and that it is necessary to work “as tirelessly as Ukrainians for their future.”

As Ukrinform reported, the Ukrainian Enemy Ministry said that 12 cooperation agreements with financial institutions and energy companies were signed as part of the Ukraine Recovery Conference URC 2024 in Berlin.

  1. It’s a helpful move, Kudos for that, but rather typical of Scholz. He loves to engage in humanitarian and economic help and purely defensive support, like delivering anti-air-systems. But whenever a weapon can be used to actually attack effing RuSSia, he gets into cold sweat. Much too afraid of Putin. 😕

  2. Smaller countries, steadfast supporters of Ukraine, are doing their part, too:

That’s enough to mechanize about 200 combat soldiers. At a time when thousands of new recruits get trained, but there’s not enough transports for them, a very helpful donation. Lotsa respect for the Baltic countries, who so often lead by positive example! 🙂👍
