Ukraine hit back with strikes on Russian oil facilities after Monday’s “genocidal” attack on a children’s hospital in Kyiv by Putin’s forces.
There was a mass attack of at least five drones on an oil facility in Kalach-on-Don in the Volgograd region.
Ukraine’s counterattack comes after Russian strikes killed a total of 38 – including four children — and wounded over 170.
