The Ukrainian defense company FirePoint announced the first launch of a domestic ballistic missile over the territory of the Russian Federation. This is an FP-7 tactical missile with a range of up to 300 km.

This was stated by the company’s CEO Iryna Terek. According to her, work is underway on Ukrainian longer-range ballistics, which will also appear this year.

As a reminder, this month it became known that Ukraine first used a new tactical ballistic missile, the FP-7, in combat conditions. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy released a video of the missile launch on October 1 and said that after the first combat use,
the next stage should be its production.
