Ukraine just sent their largest drone strike yet at Moscow of the entire war. Moscow’s air defenses couldn’t stop it, and key targets were hit, including a critical oil refinery very close to the Kremlin. Simultaneously, massive fuel shortages continue to be triggered across Russia, and especially Crimea, where fuel lines are now hours long, if you can get fuel at all. It’s a defining new phase of the war, with Russia once again turning to Belarus and China for relief. But unlike last year, relief may now be even harder to get.
