Ukraine is currently receiving intelligence from the United States , including as part of the early warning system for Russian ballistic attacks. Kyiv expects to restore full Starlink operations within 48 hours.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this at a press conference in Oslo after a meeting with Witkoff, Censor.NET reports .

He added that he discussed with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio not only intelligence issues, but also interceptors for Patriot and the restoration of full-fledged Starlink operations. Ukraine is counting on results within 48 hours.
” We started early in the morning on the way to Oslo, on the train I had a conversation with Secretary Rubio. We discussed sensitive issues like Starlink communication, about interceptors, which is very important, about intelligence.
