Here’s what the Budapest signatories can do : Ukraine, the US and UK should simultaneously announce the complete severing of all trade, political and travel links to putlerstan. No commercial flights at all between putlerstan, Britain and America. It would take some time for all three countries to pull all their people, investments and business interests out of putlerstan. Best to get started on it now.
In the meantime, freeze all Russian assets in the UK and US, until the Russians can prove the money used to buy them is legit.
That should raise $billions for the compensation of putler’s victims’ families. The substantial amount left over should go to the Ukraine army.
