Production of defense products in Ukraine has doubled.

Ukraine has begun its own production of 155-mm artillery shells, said the former head of the Ministry of Strategic Industries and freelance adviser to the President of Ukraine, Oleksandr Kamyshin, in an interview with the Norwegian publication Nettavisen .

“I can’t say much, but we have launched our own production of 155mm artillery shells,” he said.

It is also noted that under Kamyshin’s leadership, production of defense products in Ukraine has doubled.

“By the end of the year it will have tripled. We continue to move forward,” he added.
