Ukraine could theoretically receive the first reparations payments to Russia at the end of the summer.

“Theoretically, we can receive the first payments before the end of the summer. But the situation may change, while no country has publicly announced the timing,” he said.
According to him, ideally, the funds frozen in Russian accounts will be transferred to separate accounts in Ukraine, but they are also considering the option of transferring them through the Red Cross, UniSafe or other international organizations.
“It is important that the money be used with maximum efficiency. We want as little money as possible to go to the staff of people who distribute it, rent of premises, tables and chairs,” Malyuska stressed.
The minister also noted that Russian state funds would be enough to restore Ukraine.
“Spending $0.5 trillion is a task for at least seven years. There is still no understanding in what portions Ukraine will receive these funds. For each country, the decision will be individual,” he explained.
Individuals and legal entities, as well as large businesses, can apply for compensation through the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR). “Such decisions will not be instantaneous, years may pass. You need to understand that the legal front is moving much more slowly than the military one … Nothing happens in a month,” he warned.
The minister added that individuals and legal entities, as well as large businesses, can apply for compensation through the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
Earlier, Oleg Ustenko, adviser to the President of Ukraine, said that the Russian Federation, after the end of the war, would pay indemnities and reparations to Ukraine for decades.

Ukraine will be better off in the end, apart of course from all of the deaths
I just hope the Russians won’t try to move to Ukraine when this is over.
