He added that if “Russia takes seriously its words about the indivisibility of security in the OSCE area, it must fulfill its commitment to military transparency to reduce tension and enhance security for all participating States.”
What came before
The day before, Ukraine turned to Russia with a request to provide detailed explanations regarding military activities in areas adjacent to the territory of our country and in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
According to the provisions of the Vienna Document, the Russian Federation must provide the exact areas for conducting military activities, indicate the dates of its completion, as well as the name, subordination, and number of military formations; as well as the types of weapons and military equipment that take part in it, Kuleba specified.
The threat of a full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation
On February 11, Joe Biden , in a conversation with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg , said that a Russian attack on Ukraine could happen “in the coming days.” The American president warned the head of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin, about a “quick response” in the event of an offensive.
Due to the high risk of hostilities, a number of countries called on their diplomats to leave Ukraine.
US presidential adviser Jake Sullivan suggested the same day that the Russian invasion could start with missile strikes , and advised the Americans to follow Biden out of Ukraine within the next 48 hours.
Russia called the US forecasts “escalation of the situation” and “outright disinformation.”
According to the Ministry of Defense, Russia has concentrated more than 100,000 troops near Ukraine. The West fears that the Russian Federation will try to involve these troops in a full-scale attack on Ukraine in the winter.
The United States, together with the EU and Britain, are developing tools to curb the Kremlin’s appetites, including through the imposition of economic sanctions. However, according to the latest press reports, there is no talk of disconnecting the country from SWIFT .

Are you serious? The fact Russia did not respond to your request should be all you need to know. Well, you are no Klimkin, and Zelensky is no Poroshenko. Either tell Putin to go fuck himself or surrender the Crimea to save the nation, but get more creative. You look like you have no clue what’s going on. And about panic… it is a good time for panic to alert the people to what might be coming.
