Ukraine is 25th in this year’s Global Firepower ranking of the world’s most powerful armies, according to a statement posted on the company’s website.
The United States holds the first place in the ranking. Russia is second, and China is third.
The top ten also includes India, Japan, South Korea, France, the United Kingdom, Brazil, and Pakistan.
There are 138 countries in the ranking.
In 2020, the Ukrainian Armed Forces ranked 27th in terms of fighting capability according to the Global Firepower rating.

On the top they had 5,350 soldiers in Afghanistan, they was definitely not drinking bear! In 2020 they had approx 3,200 soldiers participating in international operations.

Our problem is the Navy. We only have strong air power and lots of tanks, but our Navy is a joke. With RuSSia in front of our house door we need to do an upgrade asap.

I say that we spend as much on defense as the NEXT 10 COUNTRIES COMBINED.
Thus, mafia land is so far behind that they can’t even see our taillights.
That must only tribute to the Land Forces of Ukraine. The Navy and Air Force is still underdeveloped in comparison to put it mildly.
If this is on the same level as the Land Forces, then Ukraine enters close to around 10 till 15 in fire powerranking.
