The military man commented on publications that began appearing on Telegram.

Information began to spread online, particularly on Russian war correspondents’ channels, that Russia had been banned from striking Ukraine’s energy infrastructure . Subsequently, information emerged that the same ban applied to strikes on Russian territory.
“It looks like an energy truce is in effect on both sides. We’ll see how it’s implemented,” said Konstantin Nemichev, founder of the Kraken division, on Telegram , commenting on this information.
“Mykolaiv Vanek” also responded to this on Telegram , stating that there is still no final decision between the two sides to end the energy strikes. Therefore, Ukrainians must remain vigilant.
“They won’t stop shelling, and even if they’ve been given some kind of ban now, at this stage it won’t last long. The good news is, spring is almost a month away,” he noted. Therefore, the channel’s author recommends not getting too excited, but also not getting too discouraged.
Attacks on energy infrastructure – what is known
UNIAN previously reported that, as a result of enemy attacks, it will take at least a year to overcome the energy crisis in Kyiv. “It will still be in emergency mode, because it’s impossible to replace such enormous capacities as CHPP-5 and CHPP-6,” one expert stated.
We also reported that the Defense Forces struck oil refineries and several other important Russian facilities. Specifically, the infrastructure of the Slavyansk Eco oil refinery, located in Slavyansk-on-Kuban in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai, was hit.

If there is a truce it’s only because mafia land are suffering from Ukrainian strikes, not because of any morals.
Ceasefire? Yeah for Ukraine not the genocidal murderers, who will ignore any ceasefire
Besides that, the mafia energy infrastructure is falling apart all on its own anyway.😄
