Ukraine’s chief clown and Russia’s godfather signed an agreement on a ceasefire in Eastern Ukraine, starting next week.
We recall, since the first ceasefire was signed five years ago thousands of Ukrainians were killed or injured, towns near the frontline look like Swiss cheese from all the bullet holes that remind us of what a Russian ceasefire is all about.
In 2016 the ICC recognized that this conflict is a war between Ukraine and Russia – which invaded Ukraine, and not a war with so-called separatists.
