UAH 140 million bail was posted for the former head of the President’s Office Andrii Yermak.
This was reported to the Ukrainian News Agency by the High Anti-Corruption Court.
The bail was posted in full. It continued to be posted all weekend, both Saturday and Sunday.
However, since the Treasury Service and the High Anti-Corruption Court are closed on weekends, Yermak remained in the pre-trial detention center.
Currently, the entire amount of the bail has been received in the High Anti-Corruption Court’s accounts.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, former coach of the Ukrainian national football team Serhii Rebrov posted UAH 30 million bail for the former head of the President’s Office Andrii Yermak.
The High Anti-Corruption Court has taken former head of the Office of the President Andrii Yermak into custody, but has set bail in the amount of UAH 140 million, which he can pay and be released from custody. Yermak complained about the lack of UAH 180 million for bail. SAPO prosecutors are asking the court to seize the diplomatic passport and other passports for traveling abroad from the former head of the Office of the President Andrii Yermak and prohibit him from traveling abroad. The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office is asking the High Anti-Corruption Court to take former head of the Office of the President Andrii Yermak into custody and set an alternative bail in the amount of UAH 180 million.
Andrii Yermak said that he will take the most necessary things with him to the pre-trial detention center.

Zelensky’s regime is falling apart like a card house…
Ukrainians did not love Zelensky before the war, and they will not love him after it. But for now, he is a president whose fate is tied to that of the country.
And Ukraine is facing the hardest moment in its history. For almost four years, the country has endured the Russian war of aggression. When Zelensky launched his presidential campaign, in that unreal and distant time more than six years ago, his advisors said he would have to fight two wars: one against corruption and one on the eastern front. With Yermak gone and the scandal emerging, it is now clear that Zelensky no longer appears willing to fight the first war. How the second war ends may become clear in the coming weeks.
“With Yermak gone and the scandal emerging”
…sounds like the war against corruption is progressing.
