Two contrasting stories today

The first one is horribly bleak. The second one is more optimistic.

  1. It seems to me that Zelensky’s weakness, or lack of patriotism, has switched the burden from the invaders to the victims. Now Europe is looking to Zelensky for answers instead of the aggressor. This dynamic must be corrected.

  2. I trust mafia land as far as I can throw Fat Bastard (Austin Powers) across a basketball court. But, I seriously doubt that it will try to crush Ukraine or even to increase the war effort in Donbas. It simply can’t. And, calling it a military superpower was surely meant to be a joke.
No, mafia land has enough problems to deal with. It has not only COVID 19 (more of which than it admits) but also a very low oil price that is gnawing away at its reserves. A military action – covert or overt – would satisfy only a few warmonger idiots in the country. Not the rest of the people.
If mafia land’s economy takes a hard enough beating, the second scenario could be more likely. But, only if the dwarf is dethroned or killed.
Of course, I could be all wrong and mafia land could lash out when its economy is in shambles, much like a drowning person’s desperate attempt to stay afloat. Then, it would depend on the West and perhaps even the Ruskie people to see how far mafia land’s attempts to crush Ukraine could succeed. With starvation being a viable part of this equation, the people could then finally start their own Red Square Maidan.

  3. It is time someone beats the crap out of Zelensky. He really has zero sense of responsibility.

I really think something changed about him during the presidency. I think he really wanted to change something, but know he seems to be unable to withstand oligarchs pressure and Pooptin. I still hope some militia will help bringing this quagmire to an end.
