That’s annoying facts. Mine’s ok, but there are frequent glitches, which usually resolve eventually.
It might be because for some inexplicable reason, WP is hosted on a second App; JetPack, whilst the original WP still runs content.
Cap has the same issues, so it’s got to be WP. That’s true, there are often glitches. So far, they all went away sooner or later.

Yes, pop-ups are blocked, but this has never caused any issues before.
