Donald Trump Jr. has become the most influential member of US President-elect Donald Trump’s family during the transition period. He is influencing the formation of “the most controversial cabinet in modern US history,” Reuters reports , citing its own sources.

According to them, the son of the elected head of the White House is advising his father, although he had previously warned that he was unlikely to participate in such discussions.

“Donald Trump Jr. makes sure that candidates (for senior positions in the White House – UNIAN) are loyal to his father. He also usually looks for candidates who adhere to an “anti-system worldview, including protectionist economic policies,” as well as those who advocate for reducing military interventions and foreign aid,” the publication writes.
