Volker references an OpEd by Mike Pompeo in the WSJ, which was paywalled. I found some or all of it in an Israeli publication and put it out here. I remember thinking that Ukraine could work with quite a significant part of this.
However, it was superseded by a hostile OpEd by DT Jr and RFK Jr in The Hill, Ukraine policy interviews with Elbridge Colby, JD Vance and Trump himself with his “salesman” slur.
