Russia was expelled from the Group of Eight back in 2014.

US President Donald Trump stressed ahead of the Group of Seven (G7) summit in Canada that excluding Russia from the G8 was a mistake. He stated this during a conversation with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, quoted by “Sospilne” .
According to Trump, a full-scale war in Ukraine could have been avoided if he had been president of the United States four years ago.
“It used to be the Group of Eight. Then Barack Obama and ‘a man named Trudeau’ opposed Russia’s participation. But I think that made the situation more complicated because you spend so much time discussing Russia, and it’s not at the negotiating table,” the US president emphasized.
He hopes that the G7 summit will bring results, particularly on the issue of trade with Canada.
It is known that Russia was expelled from the Group of Eight in 2014 after the illegal annexation of Crimea and the start of aggression in eastern Ukraine. Since then, the G8 has been operating as the G7 without Russia’s participation.

And another mistake was made in America.
“The Group of Seven (G7) is an intergovernmental political and economic forum consisting of Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States; additionally, the European Union (EU) is a “non-enumerated member”. It is organized around shared values of pluralism, liberal democracy, and representative government.”
Can someone explain to Trump what plularism, liberal democracy and a representative government is, because it certainly isn’t mafia land.
“RuSSia” was originally invited to join the G7 by……..Clinton and Blair…….
I guess they didn’t understand pluralism, liberal democracy and representative government too, in 1997.
To be fair to Clinton and Blair, putler wasn’t in power, and there might have been a small chance to bring democracy to mafia land. All that evaporated when the drunk Yeltsin handed over power to putin instead of Nemtsov.
Yep, they blew it in 1997 and Vladolf is blowing it now. They like the 18th century.
Hows anyone with half a brain supposed to have patience and cope with this Agent Orange crap for 3.5 more years? Jesus H Christ, Im losing it up here…
Not only you, Mike. I doubt our country can put up with the rest of his term. We’re already one foot in banana republicism.
According to the latest Harvard poll, Trump’s job approval is 56% and CNN has him at 53% too. Look it up. But I think his approval for how he’s handling Ukraine is probably 2%.
Wrong.

LOL, somehow I opened an old poll. I took the numbers from the Real Clear Politics polling and they report 56%

Regardless, Trump is at the same place that nightmare Obama was at in 2013. Around 46-47%

You have to learn to respect the vote. Just like Conservatives did when Barack Hussein Obama was elected. Its part of being a good citizen.
When taco opens his fat trap, it’s like an elephant taking a dump.
> ‘a man named Trudeau’
> Russia was expelled from the Group of Eight in 2014
Trudeau became prime minister of Canada in 2015.
