According to journalists, Trump was in the room for only 30 minutes overall.

Former US President Donald Trump said he was tortured while incarcerated in Fulton last year, where his historic arrest photo was taken. This is reported by The Hill , citing an email from the Trump campaign to raise funds for the presidential election.

The letter says the ex-president’s treatment at the Fulton County Jail in Georgia was inappropriate. They wrote that he was “tortured” while the photo was taken.

“I want you to remember what they did to me. They tortured me in the Fulton County Jail and took my picture. And you know what? I put it on a cup for the whole world to see!” Trump was quoted as saying in an email to his campaign.

The publication recalled that Trump surrendered to the Fulton County Jail last August. This was included in the indictment against him in Georgia, where he faces 13 counts related to his attempts to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

“Arriving at the prison in the presidential motorcade, Trump was checked in, fingerprinted and photographed for a photo card. The process took about 20 minutes and made Trump the first US president in history, past or present, to have his photograph taken as a souvenir,” the material added.

Additionally, in May, the Trump campaign sent out a similar email about coffee cups that also talked about torture.

  1. All that they are doing hatefully is torturing a fellow American. The same is happening to Ukraine.

  2. This is a typical Trump response, his actions resemble the same blame tactics that Russia uses.

  3. It seems that he’s just so used to not being held accountable that he thinks being held accountable for anything he did is “torture”.
