US President Donald Trump, during a telephone conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, repeatedly asked him to stop strikes on Russian oil refineries.

According to the source, the word “diesel” was mentioned repeatedly during the leaders’ conversation.

According to Axios’ interlocutors, Trump emphasized during the conversation that these attacks are provoking an increase in global diesel prices.

At the same time, as the publication notes, Kyiv continues to strike at Russian oil infrastructure: today Ukraine attacked Moscow and hit a local oil refinery.
