Trump reacted to Putin’s absence in Istanbul

United States President Donald Trump believes that nothing will happen in the context of resolving Russia’s war against Ukraine until he personally meets with Kremlin ruler Putin.

The American leader told reporters aboard Air Force One. In particular, President Trump was asked if he was disappointed with the level of the delegation that Moscow sent to Turkey without Putin. “I’m not disappointed in anything,” he replied, adding that he knew nothing about the delegation and had not even checked the information about its composition.

According to Trump, the Kremlin ruler was not even going to go to the talks in Turkey if he was not there:

“I don’t believe anything will happen, whether you like it or not, until he and I meet. But we’re going to have to work it out because too many people are dying.”

Put us all out of our misery and just tell the world you are petrified of Putin. Had it been Zelensky who showed a complete lack of respect for you, your attitude would have been far different.
