I haven’t heard say anything like this in his ramblings. So until he does say it himself, I’ll take this Bloomberg report with a pinch of salt.
Even if he did say this, it is completely meaningless. Trump is a draft dodger (multiple times even), has never served in the military, never studied military strategies or tactics, and has generally a very low IQ.
