US President Donald Trump said his two-hour conversation with Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin went “very well.” He said Russia and Ukraine would begin talks “immediately” on a ceasefire and a complete end to the war.
“The terms will be agreed between the two parties – as they should be, because only they know the details of the negotiation process, which are not available to anyone else. The tone and spirit of the conversation were excellent. If it were not so, I would say so right now, not later,” he wrote in Truth Social .
