US President Donald Trump announced a freeze on all international aid. He made the announcement during his speech to Congress on March 4.
“I am announcing a freeze on all federal hiring, a freeze on all new federal regulations, and a freeze on all foreign aid,” Trump said.
He also said he was stopping the climate deal and called it a “green scam” that he said “cost us trillions of dollars that other countries weren’t paying.”
In addition, he announced his withdrawal from the “corrupt WHO” and from the “anti-American” UN council.
“We’re ending all of the Biden restrictions that have undermined our country’s strength, and of course the electric car mandate, which has undermined our economy,” Trump added.
