Agree with pretty much all of what the General says. With two key exceptions:
He thinks Ukraine has enough troops on the ground. If there is one million (debatable), that actually needs to double. Ditto the airforce.
He thinks Nato can be reformed.
No it can’t. It has numerous members that won’t fight putlerstan under any circumstances; even if they had the capability, which they don’t. It even has members that actively belong to the putinaZi world: Hungary, Slovakia and increasingly; the United States of Krasnovia.
The EU has a GDP of $20 trillion for 2025. $29 trillion PPP).
The U.S. has a GDP of $30 trillion for 2025. $30 trillion also for PPP.
The EU could become a major military power. If it invested 5% of its collective GDP into its own armed forces, it would have $1 trillion available.
So: kick out all the putlerist members, plus all the members that won’t fight russia and become a force for good in the world.
Failing that, a new trade, intel sharing and military bloc needs to form; consisting exclusively of members that will fight russia by all means necessary.
Otherwise, as Kaja Kallis says, learn to speak russian.
