The newly elected US president has previously been criticised for his questionable statements about Canada.

Newly elected US President Donald Trump said he would cut taxes for Canadian citizens by more than 60% if the country agreed to become the 51st state of America. The future head of Washington wrote about this on his social network Truth Social .

“Taxes on citizens are too high, but if Canada became our 51st state, their citizens’ taxes would be cut by over 60%, their businesses would immediately double, and they would have military protection like no other country in the world,” he said.

Trump also mentioned Greenland, which is under Danish control. The newly elected president emphasized that the island is necessary for US national security purposes. He added that the locals would also like to be under US control.

Trump also wrote that he was upset that the US had invested billions of dollars in repairing the Panama Canal, but it was “illegally run by the wonderful soldiers of China.

Donald Trump’s Statements on Canada

Earlier, newly elected US President Donald Trump proposed that Canada become the 51st state of America. In addition, he called Prime Minister Justin Trudeau “the governor of the Great State of Canada.”

Later, the 40-year-old son of the future US president, Eric Trump, posted a humorous image on social media, in which the American leader “purchases” Canada, Greenland and the Panama Canal on Amazon . He captioned the post with the phrase “We’re back!”

    • Classic symptoms of putler-type megalomania here. Disturbing. Let’s recall : he praised the tiny nazi savage for his “genius.”

      • Things with the orange administration seem to be getting stranger and stranger as time goes on.

    • I think both in addition to a number of other descriptive adjectives and adverbs. I only pray the US senate is not comprised of TrumpKov ass kissers.
