Trump says it’s not his war. As Konstantin points out, for 4 years it was Trump’s war. Trump also supplied Ukraine with Javelins in this war which is everyone else’s but his.
Trump is either senile and easily forgets, or he’s a liar, or he’s just plain stupid.
