US President Donald Trump is pleased that Ukraine has fully ratified the minerals treaty. He intends to speak with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky “a little later.”
“We just completed a mineral agreement with Ukraine. It was fully ratified and approved by their legislatures. And we appreciate that,” Trump said.
He added that he would talk to the Ukrainian president “a little later.”
“The agreement is now fully signed and ratified. And we have access to a huge amount of very, very high-quality rare earth elements,” the US president boasted.
