Trump and his son were delighted by the Oval Office clash with Zelensky.
Right after the argument, Trump himself told one of his advisers it had been great – “better than The Apprentice.”
His son, Donald Jr., said it was possibly the best thing that had ever happened in the Oval Office.
This is reported by journalists Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan in their book Regime Change (which is, broadly, about the behind-the-scenes of the first year of Trump’s second term).
What they describe reveals contempt and outright hostility toward Zelensky – and toward Ukraine.
For instance, at a meeting with Keith Kellogg shortly after winning the election, Trump reportedly said: “I’m not a big fan of Ukraine. Except for their women. They keep winning Miss Universe” (pure Yanukovych-style lecherous vibes – remember his line about chestnuts and women undressing).
And after finishing his first call with Putin upon returning to the presidency, Trump phoned Zelensky and said: “I just spoke with your best friend.”
Finally, before that very Oval Office meeting, Treasury Secretary Steve Bessent urged Trump not to let Zelensky into the White House until he signed the minerals deal, called Ukraine’s president a “little f*cker,” and said he “acts like Mr. Bean on crack.”
In short – total trash.
All in all, this is probably a book Zelensky himself ought to read. Purely for a better understanding of Trump. Because there are still more than two years of this ahead.

In Britain, there is a push to ban the russian propaganda animated series “Masha and the Bear.”
Recently, Netflix has acquired the rights to two new seasons of the russian propaganda series Masha and the Bear and extended its licence for distribution in more than 100 countries worldwide. Besides spreading russian propaganda, Netflix is helping russia to generate revenue that ultimately will be used to kill Ukrainians.
Over 50 British MPs have asked Culture Secretary Lisa Nandy to review whether the show can be removed from the air, since it spreads a “fluffy” form of russian propaganda.
The MPs reference episodes where Masha wears the uniforms of Soviet tank crews and NKVD border guards. They also cite assessments from Ukraine’s Center for Countering Disinformation and Estonia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which have previously called the series an instrument of russian influence.

“Anti-Ukrainian hate in Poland is, in my opinion, an expression of meanness or stupidity. (One does not exclude the other). Meanness – because it is targeted against the victims of Putin’s aggression. Stupid – because Ukrainians, while defending themselves, indirectly defending Poland.”

“His son, Donald Jr., said it was possibly the best thing that had ever happened in the Oval Office.”
Krasnov Jr is an even more evil, Ukraine-hating motherfucker than Sr.
It is clear to virtually every man, woman, and child that I know in the U.S. and abroad that this president is the worst piece of shit that ever dirtied the White House with his presence, and that his entire family is just as depraved and evil-minded as he is. There is not a single positive aspect to his personality. His children are snot-faced punks whose entire talents are being as corrupt and criminal as the orange prick that made them.
