The United States will still continue some humanitarian programs.

The White House Office of Management and Budget has lifted the freeze on federal aid , lifting restrictions on funding for some humanitarian programs, including for Ukraine.
“OMB Memorandum M-25-13 has been rescinded. If you have questions about implementing the President’s Executive Orders, please contact your agency’s legal counsel,” reads the memo, which was obtained by CNN from a Trump administration official.

Well that didn’t last long. Maybe someone told Trump that it was a bad idea to alienate your allies.
It caused massive panic in the charity sector. Suspension of USAID could well have caused loss of life.
Employees too were pretty devastated.
Assaults on domestic programs have been dire as well, affecting 80 million Americans, 37 million of which are children.😠
Or maybe not – trumpkov is supposedly imposing tariffs on Canada and Mexico on Saturday.
The OMB rescinded their unconstitutional freeze after a federal judge temporarily blocked it. She will issue a more permanent decision on Feb. 3.
