Passengers were warned about possible train delays.
Railroad service on the Vasilkov-1 – Boyarka section has been restored after a morning explosion on a train carrying ammunition. This was reported by the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.

On Sunday evening, passenger trains returned to their routes after repairs to the damaged section. Evening passenger trains are now running with the help of diesel locomotives, and restoration of the contact network continues.
The Ministry warned of possible delays to trains already en route. Passengers were urged to follow traffic updates on the Ukrzaliznytsia website.
It is noted that the work was completed in a short time by employees of Ukrzaliznytsia and the State Emergency Service.
Explosion on the railway – what is known
Let us recall that on the night of September 14, an explosion occurred in a train carriage carrying ammunition . The General Staff confirmed the transportation of military cargo and the detonation.
The explosion damaged rails and delayed trains. Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko reported that Ukraine and Poland had agreed on accelerated border control for the passenger train that was delayed by the explosion.
