For 9 months of this year, Ukraine’s exports to Japan increased 2.3 times, and trade turnover between the countries amounted to $ 1.1 billion, which is 35.6% more than in the same period last year

This was reported by the  National Industrial Portal  with reference to the statement of Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Taras Kachka during an online meeting at the level of the Coordinating Council for Economic Cooperation with Japan at the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and the Committee for Business Cooperation with Ukraine.

“For 9 months of this year, the trade turnover between Ukraine and Japan amounted to $ 1.1 billion, which is 35.6% more than in the same period last year. In particular, Ukraine’s exports increased 2.3 times. Trade liberalization will promote the realization of trade potential between our countries and stimulate business partnerships, “Taras Kachka said.
