Exactly 100 days ago, Ukraine unconditionally accepted a U.S.-proposed ceasefire – a first step toward a genuine peace process. Russia rejected it. Instead, it escalated its terror.
Since March 11, Russia has targeted Ukrainian cities and towns every single day. Civilians have been killed in their homes, emergency workers attacked, civilian infrastructure destroyed. Russia’s terror shattered families, futures, and the basic sense of safety.
Ukraine remains committed to peace. It’s time to force Russia to stop its brutal aggression – time to strengthen sanctions, reinforce Ukraine’s defense, and bring real consequences for choosing war over diplomacy.

“Putin’s cynical statements demonstrate complete disdain for US peace efforts. While the United States and the rest of the world have called for an immediate end to the killing, Russia’s top war criminal discusses plans to seize more Ukrainian territory and kill more Ukrainians.
But, of all Putin’s deranged statements today, one about the Russian soldier’s foot stands out. In reality, wherever a Russian soldier sets foot, he brings along only death, destruction, and devastation.
Putin does not care about Russian soldiers or their feet torn apart by Ukrainian drones. He is a mass murderer of his own people. He already disposed one million Russian soldiers in a senseless bloodbath in Ukraine without achieving a single strategic goal. One million soldiers. Two million feet.
And, while Putin is busy sending Russian feet to invade other countries, he is bringing Russians inside the country to their knees economically.
His cynical statements serve only one purpose: to divert public attention away from the complete failure of his quarter-century rule. It has brought Russia into the shameful club of rogue regimes like North Korea and Iran, international isolation, and endless economic stagnation, which will only worsen.
The only way to force Russia into peace is to deprive it of its sense of impunity. Increase support for Ukraine’s defense and hit the Russian economy hard with devastating sanctions. Designate Russia as a terrorist state. Isolate it fully. Bring Moscow back to its senses.”

🇺🇦🤝🇳🇱 We are deeply grateful to the Netherlands for officially recognising the 1944 mass deportation of Crimean Tatars by the Soviet regime as an act of genocide.
This recognition is a powerful gesture of solidarity with the Crimean Tatars – a community that continues to suffer under Russia’s ongoing illegal occupation of Crimea. In 1944, Soviet authorities forcibly deported more than 190,000 people – entire families – from their homeland in just a few days. Thousands died during the journey or in exile. The trauma and injustice of that crime still echo today.
By recognizing this historical truth, the Netherlands joins a growing coalition of countries – including Poland, Senate of the Czech Republic, Canada, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Ukraine – that honour the memory of the victims and stand against impunity for such crimes.
We thank the House of Representatives of the Netherlands for standing on the side of justice and human dignity. We urge other nations to follow suit. Recognising historical atrocities is not only about the past – it is a vital step toward preventing future ones.
The Mission of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ukrainian Parliament, and the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People, continues its efforts to have the 1944 deportation recognized as an act of genocide in other countries.

Everyone in Ukraine can feel it. The situation is critical. Ukraine has a new and very powerful enemy with a crypto-fascist ruler who is quickly creating a regime that mirrors that of the putler murder gang.
A nazi in the Pentagon; Kingsley Wilson.
A FezBeh mole in the WH (aka Kremlin West); Sergio Gor.
A deranged pro-nazi conspiracy theorist heading up U.S. intel; Tulsi Gabbard.
An “utterly vile” (to quote Jonathan Fink) Ukraine-hater as VP; JD VanZkov.
And Ukraine’s most dangerous and terrible enemy outside ruZZia; who has already enabled the murder of thousands of Ukrainians and the recapture of Kursk; tovarisch Krasnov himself.
To almost repeat my comment on the Counting Stars post : (significantly amended) :
Nato is dead.
US support of Ukraine is dead. In fact the US has now made Ukraine a de facto enemy.
The democratic world is so weak and divided that putler feels on a roll. His genocidal war will grind on for years. Or will until the US abandons magaputlerism.
Ukraine’s only hope lies with the EU and two associates: the Anglophone states : UK and Canada.
The EU could itself become a serious military power if it wanted to.
First: remove all voting rights from pro-Russia members Orbanistan and Ficostan. Then declare membership null and void to any ruZZia supporting countries.
Give the €200 billion of putinaZi assets to Ukraine for the sole purpose of defeating the putinaZis.
Start assembling 5 divisions of mechanized infantry to defend Odesa and Mykolaiv oblasts. (Initially).
Commence NFZ for those oblasts. Ukraine can’t survive without them.
Focus on building a military-industrial complex to rival that of the US.
Give Ukraine immediate EU membership and integrate the army of Ukraine with the fledgling EU army.
The UK decommissioned its tactical nukes in the late 90’s to under Tony Blair. It must restart. It would take a year or so.
Ukraine and Germany too must go nuclear.
Otherwise, as Kaja Kallis said : “prepare to learn russian.”
