It is quite possible that the target of the attack was the airfield, however, the “Oreshnik” hit a completely different part of the city.

During the attack on Ukraine, the Russians hit Bila Tserkva with their Oreshnik mega-rocket , but the consequences of the strike were extremely minor.
Thus, the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in the Kyiv region reported that as a result of the impact, a fire broke out in a garage cooperative, as a result of which three garages burned.
The Kyiv Regional Military Administration also reported that buildings of an unnamed enterprise were damaged in the Bila Tserkva district.
There is no information about the victims, the consequences of the attack were promptly eliminated by rescuers of the State Emergency Service.
According to the OSINT channel “CyberBoroshno” , it is quite possible that the target of the attack was the airfield. However, “Oreshnik” hit a garage cooperative in a completely different part of the city.
As noted by Kyiv Regional Council deputy Volodymyr Horkovenko , as a result, the Oreshnik missile, worth tens of millions of dollars, destroyed 3 garages in Bila Tserkva, and Russians are simply shocked by such results.
Russians have already complained on social media about the completely senseless attack, calling it a waste of money for a pretty picture, and are outraged that the missile was “without a warhead.”
“Where are the explosions after Oreshnyk? Where is the colossal destruction? And why did they hit the infrastructure again? Will there be strikes on the center of Kyiv and government buildings? When will the Kyiv junta be destroyed,” Russians complain online.
Oreshnik’s attack on Bila Tserkva
At night, a video of an Oreshnik missile strike on Bila Tserkva was posted online. Judging by the footage, 6 blocks of 6 submunitions each arrived.
In the morning, Yuriy Ignat, head of the communications department of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, confirmed the strike and stated that a medium-range ballistic missile RS-26 “Rubizh” (“Oreshnik”) struck near the city of Bila Tserkva in the Kyiv region. The Russian occupiers launched the missile from the Kapustin Yar test site.
The Russian Defense Ministry also said it had launched the Oreshnik ballistic missile strike , allegedly in response to “Ukraine’s terrorist attacks on civilian targets on Russian territory.” The Russians said the strikes targeted “military command facilities, air bases, and defense-industrial complex enterprises.”
