I had the honor of participating in the first combat operation near Volchansk of the newly created 23rd Assault Regiment of the RUG of the 2nd Corps of the National Guard “Charter”:
All these bold and decisive attacks on video were carried out by foreign volunteers from Latin America; Ukrainians were not sent to the assault, but carried out reconnaissance and destruction with drones, fire support, command and control, and supply.
And the key thing is that all these fighters were brought in with the private funds of Ukrainian entrepreneurs who were attracted by the Charter, since the state cannot yet provide a mechanism for financing the transfers of foreign volunteers – although the money is included in the budget, it is not allocated. Because of this, literally thousands of volunteers are waiting to be sent to the Charter, but we cannot bring them in simply due to lack of funds. Thousands of healthy, motivated people who are ready to join the Ukrainian infantry so that we don’t have to catch Ukrainian citizens on the streets, so that we don’t have to be busified, forced, and pushed to zero.
All state leaders are contributing, listening, trying to move the process along, but for now, state funding is still being coordinated. Therefore, if anyone has the opportunity to finance the importation of foreigners while the state is coordinating, the Charter will be very grateful, I will contact our recruiters and the regiment commander Hamlet Avagyan.
The more foreign fighters we bring in, the fewer Ukrainians we will need to keep at zero. And the Latin Americans are fighting bravely, you can watch some fragments of combat work on video.
