So? Even before Putin’s invasion a large amount of residents in Donetsk was disloyal towards Kyiv and very much Soviet nostalgic. Now they got what they deserve.
There are certainly far too many putinoid scum in that region, but I doubt it is that many in reality. Girkin could not hire locals for his scum army.
Ukrainians know that 15% of the non-occupied areas support the shit weasel in the form of Opposition Bloc. It might be approximately twice that in Donbas, but no more and the 1.6m internally displaced would all be anti-putler.
