If I were to describe the full extent of russian brutality, I would be banned by this platform. So, I am just going to leave the text from one of my acquaintances:
“Met a doctor in Kyiv that has been working in the liberated areas of Kherson that Russians occupied for 7 months.
She said, they had little girls that had been so brutally sexually assaulted that there is no longer a separation between anus and vagina. As doctors they had never seen anything like it and there is nothing they can do to help.
When some in the West say Ukraine should surrender, this is what we’d be surrendering to.”

The Germans are not blameless, but they paid reparations to those families that lost loved ones . Russians on the other hand were nothing but savages and barbarians and still are. No one will ever know how many Ukrainians starved during Holodomor in 1932/3 and no one will ever know how many Slavic people died in gulags in Siberia and even today Putin emptied out prisons and many conscripts he recruited from Siberian towns. And many millions of people were deported to Siberian gulags from Eastern Europe that no one will ever know. Russian/Soviet government never had any respect for human life and neither do today. Their days are numbered providing the West can unite and get rid of this vermin once and for all. Slava Ukraini 🇺🇦🇺🇦
This is absolutely vile and inhumane, Roman. It beggars believe how any honest, decent human being can be anything other than horrified by this and how any right minded individuals can support the disgusting russian invasion, especially when Ukraine presented no threat to the russians.
It is horrible, and yet the world must know. Thank you for doing this tough job, Roman to process all these need to share with the world. To everyone reading it: please do something to support ukraine. Donate, speak up, write your gov representatives. Help Ukraine protect itself – and the rest of the world – from this evil.

Oh absolutely! I am torn between raging with anger at the impotent west and crying with sadness at the horrors being unleashed on innocent people. The duplicity, timidity, incompetence and indecision shown by our leaders in this conflict is utterly awful. History will not be kind.
It hurts my heart to read about such things. Rape as a weapon of russia’s illegal war is industrial, systemic–genocide, in a word. Evil walks amongst the invaders of Ukraine. May the perpetrators of such atrocities be returned to hell. For now the victims are left with catastrophic injuries and without justice, a large swath of Ukrainian territory remains under occupation, and the army of the russian ‘state’ continues to abduct children who will face God knows what in the homes they are “adopted” into.
The word “surrender” sounds very different when you understand what occupation means in practice. As a Ukrainian, I know that this is not an abstract geopolitical debate. Behind every occupied territory are real people – children, families, doctors, communities whose lives and dignity are put at risk. Peace is not simply the absence of fighting. A just and lasting peace requires accountability, security and the ability of Ukrainians to live freely on their own land. Ukraine should not be asked to surrender to atrocities. It should be supported in making sure they never happen again.
